Hey! Thanks for checking out my website.

I'm Anjali. Based out of Portland, Oregon, I'm a singer-songwriter originally from New Jersey. I play a variety of intstruments, sing, write music, jam, freestyle, improv, and teach. I'm looking for all kinds of artists to collaborate with, and opportunities to play live gigs across the country.

Some of my musical influences include: Doja Cat, Nicki Minaj, Ed Sheeran, Silvana Estrada, Tyler Childers, The Civil Wars

A little bit about my music journey:

Born and brought up in a musical family, I've always been surrounded by creativity! I've been playing piano since I was 5 years old. I learned 12 years of classical and 2 years of jazz. I absolutely love playing live; you might catch me at an airport or cofee shop freestyling a version of some pop song / disney song. I wrote my first purely instrumental piano song when I was a 16 years old.

While the piano is my first love, my forte is lyricism. I've been singing as long as I can talk and grew up making silly songs about potatoes and coconuts. When I was around 15 I started writing more serious music, but I was hesitant to share this personal side of me until college. I started off posting covers of my singing, rapping, beatboxing and then transitioned to full blown out rap paraodies on youtube. Mixing my CS/math background with my trilingualism, I create pun-filled, nerdy raps, which you can find on my Instagram or Tiktok.

I released my first sad-boi album in March of 2023, and have been looking for producers and artists to collaborate ever since. Please reach out if you want to jam out / make some music!

Rates

I am available for hire for private events. I perform at both public and private venues. The following rates are what if you are located in the Porland Metro area. They vary based on the equipment provided/distance needed to travel. Feel free to submit a request throught this website for more information on pricing and logistics.
